Eliminated 'Bachelor' contestant: Brad got it wrong

Jackie Gordon was surprised when Brad Womack gave her the boot on Monday's episode of "The Bachelor."  In fact, she thought at least two of the remaining women deserved to go ahead of her.

"Britt (Billmaier) hasn't had much alone time with Brad, so I'm surprised he's kept her this long," Jackie said during a conference call with reporters. "Michelle (Money) is another story altogether."

Michelle has been the contestant fans love to hate this "Bachelor" season, courtesy of her frequent digs at her competition, as well as her ultra-strong motivation to win Brad's heart.

"I found Michelle to be nice enough to the other contestants," Jackie says. "She tried to fit in with us, helped us with our hair and so on.  But I thought she was a bit shady.  It doesn't surprise me to see all of this coming out on television...Michelle is very intense, upfront and unladylike.  It surprises me that Brad would keep her."

Jackie's elimination came shortly after a group date where she was required to descend down a waterfall.  While she expresses happiness that she conquered her fear of heights during the date, the 28-year-old New Yorker was quite upset at Brad's decision to help Michelle descend down the falls.

"Brad explained to me that he promised Michelle to help her if she had to do a second descent," Jackie notes. "That was strange to me. The fact that he didn't try to help ease my nerves hurt me a lot."

Jackie, who got a one-on-one date with Brad early in the show, believes the lack of solo time as the weeks went by hurt her in the end.  She says Brad is making strong connections with some of the remaining contestants.

"Chantal (O'Brien) is a deep, loving person who's also quite vulnerable.  I think Brad appreciates that Chantal has been so open with him. I also think Brad is just smitten by Emily (Maynard).  She's beautiful, sweet and charming, and I believe Brad thinks he can take care of her."

Jackie, who says she's ready to start dating again, now believes she knows what she wants in a man.

"Someone who is smart, funny, spontaneous, honest and charming," she revealed. "I also want him to have eyes for nobody else but me."

For god sake, compare brad to BB11's Jeff is a no brainer – i seen both of them and brad is much better physically even hes old now (37-38) if hes only 25 now Jeff is almost nothing. Then in terms of financial, emotional, spiritual & mental hes much better than those bachelor they had from other seasons.
I watched all season but this one is the most talked of the town that even in australia, europe, asia & so many parts of the world they waiting for what will happened.
Hes not a perfect guy (Brad) but don't compare to those other bachelor they had from the past because they are nothing to compare to Brad even hes much older now.
Just wish a great life for them even to yourself, stop hating – live to the fullest...

Most of the show is scripted just like most 'reality' T.V. shows-most of the contestants are aspiring actors.

I like your input,Craig. I seriously did not realize how much "pull" the producers have on these shows. It's my guilty pleasure...I've been watching for a long time. p.s. I do have a life. ! ....smile !

Craig is wrong, I assure you of that. While its true that reality tv is far from truthful, there is a line that the producers cannot cross. They can manipulate the editing and they can ask Brad to do what they want, but only he decides who stays and who goes. Its a legal thing, and if they broke that law they could be in big trouble. BIG. Show ending big. So don't believe it when people claim that Michelle stayed because the producers wanted her too. She was there because Brad wanted her.

The producers have a say in who stays for a good part of the show. They pick people like Michelle who are going to make for good television. People have to realize Brad doesn't get to call all the shots. Anyone can watch Brad with Michelle and see how uncomfortable she makes him. Hell she makes me uncomfortable! Still, he has to do what they say. It's not TRUE reality TV. None of these shows are. They are all manipulated and twisted to make for interesting TV.

Brad absolutely does have all the say in who stays and goes. Their is a prize at the end, therefore the producers can NOT order Brad to keep one woman or let another one go. I work for network television and I assure you that producers can not force the lead to let a woman stay or make one go. That is not how it works. They can try to manipulate Brad, but in the end, Brad is the only one to decide who stays or goes. End of story.

Michelle is annoying. I really wanted him to send her home last week. I liked Jackie much better. I'm sure the show wants to have the drama to keep interest up.

Why are you reading a blog about a show you claimed not to even know was still on the air? THAT is what is said.

The bottom line is chemistry. You either have it with someone or you don't. You can't fake and you can't make it. I wish these women would understand that. Doesn't matter that Michelle is a B*&^*& he obviously has some kind of chemistry with her.
