Adam Sandler and Andy Samberg to play father and son"Saturday Night Live" fans rejoice! A-list alum Adam Sandler is pairing up with current cast member Andy Samberg in a new movie. What's more, the comedic dream team will play father and son, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Sandler, 44, and Samberg, 32, are set to star in "I Hate You Dad," which tells the story of a father who moves in with his son just before the young man's wedding. But this being a Sandler film, things naturally take a turn for the worse and dad starts battling with the bride-to-be. The project, produced by Sandler's Happy Madison productions, is currently in development. In the meantime, fans can get their Samberg fix every Saturday night as well as in the upcoming Justin Timberlake film "Friends With Benefits," due out in July. Sandler, meanwhile, will be back on the big screen on February 11, starring opposite Jennifer Aniston in "Just Go With It." |
