Janet Jackson bringing tour to North America

So far, cities like Taipei, Manila and Singapore have been selected as stops on Janet Jackson’s upcoming world tour, but stateside fans have nothing to worry about: Ms. Jackson (if you’re nasty, of course) will be bringing her show to North America, as well.

The 44-year-old singer announced in November that she was launching her largest world tour, and she asked fans to get in on the act by selecting cities she should make a stop in on her website, janetjackson.com.

The songs will be nothing but Jackson's No. 1 hits, and on Monday, she announced the cities she'll hit when she brings her performance to the U.S. and Canada. The tour dates are as follows:

'Inception' star Marion Cotillard is expecting

Oscar-winning actress Marion Cotillard is getting ready to take on another role as a new mom.

The 35-year-old is expecting a baby with French actor/filmmaker Guillaume Canet, CNN has confirmed. This will be the first child for both Cotillard and Canet, who have been together for three years, according to Us Weekly. The couple first worked together on the 2003 film, “Love Me If You Dare,” and then began dating in 2007.

Although Canet has given the “Inception” star a diamond ring – which she rocks on her left hand – the two are not engaged, People reports. According to a source, “They haven’t disclosed any plans concerning marriage.”

Next up for Cotillard, who won a best actress Academy Award for 2007's “La Vie en Rose,” is Woody Allen’s “Midnight in Paris” and Steven Soderbergh's “Contagion," both expected to debut this year.

'Showbiz Tonight' Flashpoint: No season two for 'Palin's Alaska'?

What’s going on with Sarah Palin? It seems that Sunday’s 2-hour season finale of “Sarah Palin’s Alaska” may be the final episode – ever!

According to reports, the reality show won't return for a second season. (TLC declined to comment about the reports.)

And if it is ending, it's unclear who called it quits – Sarah Palin or TLC. But it’s raising lots of questions about whether this could mean that the former Gov. of Alaska is gearing up for a 2012 Presidential bid.

Salma Hayek getting 'Wicked' on ABC

Salma Hayek is going somewhere over the rainbow for her next project. The actress is producing a new ABC miniseries based on the Oz-inspired book "Wicked."

TVLine reports that the eight-hour film — which tells the sympathetic backstory of Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West — will  differ from the hit Broadway musical in that there won't be any singing.

In addition, the storyline is expected follow Gregory Maguire's book more closely. Expect the miniseries to be less of a prequel to "The Wizard of Oz" and more of a parallel story, says TVLine.

What were the ATL 'Housewives' sipping?

C'mon Fakedra.

A "Sip & See"? I'm glad I wasn't the only one who had never heard of Phaedra's alleged tradition of inviting folks over to drink and see your new baby. That child is super adorable, but you really don't need an excuse to have a cocktail party.

Everyone was on hand except NeNe to meet the new little prince. Seriously, Dwight has elevated them to royalty and announced just that as Phaedra, hubby and baby descended the staircase. I almost spit out my drink!
