Justin Bieber's 'big' 2011 plans: Get a haircut

Justin Bieber has some seriously big plans for the new year.

"This year, I mean, I hope that I win a Grammy, 'cause I'm up for two," the teen idol tells MTV News. "So if I win a Grammy that would be awesome."

But even if he doesn't win, "I would still be happy because I was nominated, and that's pretty big in itself," says the Bieb, 16. "It's gonna be big. The Grammys are definitely something I've looked forward to, so this year's going to be definitely really big."

He's not kidding. Besides working on a new album, touring, spending time with 18-year-old Disney star Selena Gomez, and releasing his "Never Say Never Movie" – due in theaters next month – the very busy Bieber is gearing up to make a major life change: Getting rid of his famous shag.

The 16-year-old Canada native, who is already sporting slightly trimmed tresses, tells MTV, "I think after my movie I might cut my hair a little shorter."
