Worried about thousands of birds dropping dead from the sky or fish popping up floating in Arkansas?
Come on, we can do better than that when it comes to signs of the Apocalypse.
We are currently checking to see if Nostradamus made any mention of tiny reality star's emerging from a giant, clear plastic ball to ring in 2011 in any of his doomsday predictions, but we wouldn't be surprised.
"Jersey Shore" star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi did just that as part of MTV's New Year's Eve celebration. With drink cup in hand (naturally), the Snookster climbed into the giant ball in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, and seemed not at all phased by the fact that MTV host Whitney Cummings mentioned that Snooki "might die" from the stunt.
The ball drop, which had earlier been scrapped from Times Square, proceeded safely a the crowd counted down. Snooks boogied a bit inside the ball before it gently hit the surface. Upon her exit, she proclaimed "That was friggin' awesome."
We are almost positive that the voyage was made all the better by whatever she had in that cup. But no worries about hangovers for our girl as she shared her cure for such maladies with PEOPLE – "Drink more," she said.
