'Avatar,' 'Kick-Ass' most pirated films of 2010Even among the movies that have been pirated, “Avatar” takes the top spot. The Oscar-winning film - already the highest-grossing movie of all time after pulling in $2.8 billion at the global box office - was the most pirated movie of 2010 having been downloaded from torrent websites 16,580,000 million times, according to TorrentFreak.com. Never before has TorrentFreak seen that many downloads of a movie within one year, the website reports. “Avatar” was followed by “Kick-Ass,” this spring’s super-hero movie starring Aaron Johnson, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Chloe Moretz, that had some kick ass attitude. It earned a modest $48 million at the box office, but the film was downloaded from torrent sites 11.4 million times.

Katy Perry wants to have 'lots of children'It’s a good thing Katy Perry's already friends with Elmo - the 26-year-old singer wants to have some wee ones with husband Russell Brand. “I don't want to miss out on any experience. I want lots of children,” she told the U.K.'s Grazia magazine. But that may have to wait until she and Brand, who married in October, don’t have such hectic schedules. The “California Gurl” said she’s keeping her marriage a priority for now.

'Showbiz Tonight' Flashpoint: Is Lindsay a victim?Who would’ve thought, after so much work on herself and her image, that Lindsay Lohan could be so easily catapulted right back into the center of outrage and controversy! It’s Lindsay’s word against the word of a former staffer at the Betty Ford Center, who claims Lindsay assaulted her! But Lindsay says SHE was the one who was attacked – and the staffer was so abusive, she made her cry! Lohan is now under investigation, and here's the big question we’re asking today: Is Lindsay the victim here? No matter who is right or wrong, I think it’s despicable that a Betty Ford employee – who has since been fired – would talk about a patient. It is unacceptable and Lindsay didn’t deserve it. Kelly Osbourne: Miley's not a bad influenceKelly Osbourne's new BFF and "So Undercover" co-star Miley Cyrus has been taking a lot of heat recently due to that bong incident, and Osbourne's telling the rumor mill to lay off. The 26-year-old defends the "Hannah Montana" star on Twitter, writing, "Just read in the rags that apparently my mum thinks Miley is a bad influence on me, it could not be farther from the truth." In fact, Osbourne adds, "it's the other way around Miley has us all on a health kick. Gym/early nights. They're really scraping the barrel on that one!"

Michael Lohan: I'm behind Lindsay 100 percentThat short-lived era of Michael Lohan ceasing to make statements is so two months ago. A day after his daughter Lindsay was allegedly involved in a tussle with an employee at the Betty Ford Center, a rehabilitation facility where the 24-year-old actress was ordered by court to remain until at least January 3, Michael Lohan is speaking out. “The type of situation which has transpired never should have happened, but infortunately [sic] it does. Addiction is a horrinbe [sic] disease which goes far beyond drinking, using drugs, gambling, sex or eating,” Lohan began in a statement to CNN. |
