Case closed for Justin BieberJustin Bieber and all his Beliebers can breathe a sigh of relief. CNN has learned that the teen pop star won't face charges regarding an alleged scuffle that erupted at a Canadian laser tag park in October. A spokeswoman with the Richmond Royal Canadian Mounted Police told CNN that while they can’t speak specifically about the individuals involved in the matter due to their ages, they could say that their investigation into the Bieber case is complete, no charges will be forwarded as the evidence doesn’t support that motion, and that the case is now closed. Back in October, word spread that Bieber had been accused of assaulting a 12-year-old during a game of laser tag at a facility in Richmond, British Columbia. Among reports that the Grammy nominee allegedly punched the 12-year-old in the face, TMZ cited an unnamed source as saying that Bieber was targeted by his 12-year-old laser tag opponent.

I have enjoyed this young man since before he was famous as I struggled to find him on U Tube. His love to entertain and bring joy to those viewing him shows in his WORK to do a great job for his viewers even when he was a small boy. He is successful not only because he was discovered by a manager with connections. He is successful because he WORKS HARD and has devoted his life to be great. The manager and Usher are lucky individuals to have found him first! I hope and pray the envy crowd, drug culture, the leeches that try to steal his earnings and peer pressure are unsuccessful in breaking his love to entertain. I do hope the assults mentioned are Really false. At 16 I hope his mom and others will help him stay away from this distructive behavior. He is a HARD WORKING YOUNG MAN and my prayers are with him that as his voice and appearance changes he is able to adapt and stay the great entertainer he is! I want to be still watching him living my dream in 20 years while I'm in the nursing home!

The kid's father is a lawyer and the word is that he was hoping that criminal charges would help their civil case.

I was there when that fights happend... this 12 yrs old kid grabbed Justin Bieber's hair cuz he thought it was a wig (soo shiny and then Justin got mad and pulled the boy's hair as well...it's like a tag of war!!! Justin got beat up soo bad he started screaming like a girl..so bodyguard came in for rescue and punched the boy in the face. True story!
