Daniel Radcliffe is a little confused on Funny or DieAfter 10 years of playing Harry Potter, it seems Daniel Radcliffe is having a little trouble breaking character. In a humorous new Funny or Die video, the 21-year-old actor claims that he really is the boy wizard and is just playing the role of a man named Daniel Radcliffe. "It was probably around the time of the fourth film that I kind of started to realize that I was Harry," he explains in a mock interview. "I thought I was an actor playing a wizard, but really, I was a wizard playing an actor." ![]() Weeklies cheat sheet: Thanksgiving editionAs we mentioned earlier this week, the US media is head over heels for Kate Middleton, and wants to tell you allllllllll about her. The soon-to-be royal's face is plastered on three out of five covers in our weekly magazine round-up. We're delivering it a bit early for those of you who must make these tough checkout line decisions before you board a plane, train or automobile with the intentions of soon stuffing yourself silly. And since reading counts for at least a few burned calories, here's what you'll be digging into should you select a helping from one of the celebrity weeklies above. A very Braverman Thanksgiving on 'Parenthood'It's Thanksgiving, which meant a holiday family gathering for the Bravermans. All the Braverman quirks, foibles and internal feuds were gathered under one roof - or, at least on one property, since Zeek was doing his best to avoid Camille after the art teacher fiasco last week. Crosby had a minor freak-out over his mom-in-law to be, Renee, making pies, because Julia was supposed to make pies. I say minor, because Julia was the one who had a major freak-out when she knocked one of the pies to the floor. Actually, scratch that - Adam is the one who had a totally justified major freak-out when Boss Baldwin called him in on Thanksgiving to tell him he sold the company. Janet Jackson headed on her largest world tourJanet Jackson has big plans for the new year: The singer is set to launch her largest-ever world tour, performing 35 of her number one hits in 35 cities. The songs will consist entirely of chart-toppers from Jackson's "Number Ones" CD and the concert venues are expected to be more intimate than those of past tours. While the 44-year-old superstar has taken control of those small details, she is asking fans to get in on the escapade by visiting janetjackson.com and suggesting the cities in which she should perform. The first fan she hears from in each selected city gets an autographed copy of "Number Ones" and Jackson's upcoming self-help/self-esteem book "True You," which is out February 8. In addition, the "For Colored Girls" star will also dedicate one of her number one songs to that city and recognize 20 young people whose lives and work have enriched the community. Motherhood for Rihanna 'could be a year from now'She makes hit records and is about to star in her first feature film, "Battleship," but Rihanna's open to taking on another project: motherhood. "It could be a year from now. It could be 10 years from now. Whenever is right," Rihanna, who is dating L.A. Dodgers star Matt Kemp, tells the December issue of Interview. "I mean, I have a lot of other stuff to accomplish before I get to kids. Whenever the time is right, I'll just know." Though the 22-year-old singer doesn't have a time frame set just yet, she definitely has ideas about what motherhood will be like. For starters, she thinks having a boy would be easier. Kim K. talks Turkey Day, live from the Charmin RestroomsMy Facebook status Tuesday was the honest truth: I spent the morning in a bathroom with Kim Kardashian and she said she liked my shirt! I felt like Rudolph in the scene from the classic 1964 TV special where Clarice tells him he’s cute and he frolics off, chanting, “She said I’m cuuuuuute!" but it was more like, “She said she liked my shiiiiiiiirt!” As for the bathroom part, Kardashian was in New York City serving as the celebrity ambassador for Charmin Restrooms. (A CNN iReporter snapped a few photos of Kardashian hanging out with the Charmin bears.) The Charmin Restrooms are a swanky bank of ultra-deluxe, free public bathrooms located smack in the middle of Times Square. |
