LeAnn Rimes tweets congrats on ex's engagementLeAnn Rimes has confirmed that she isn’t engaged, but her ex-husband Dean Sheremet apparently is, and the country star says she’s happy for him. On Saturday, Rimes tweeted, “Congrats to @deansheremet and @sarah_silver on your engagement! A little birdie told me the happy news last night. Wishes for a life full of happiness.” Sheremet, 29, and Rimes, 28, were married for nearly eight years before their union came to an end in 2009. Earlier that same year, news of her romance with actor Eddie Cibrian, 37, became public. (The "CSI: Miami" star also filed for his own divorce from wife Brandi Glanville in August, 2009.)
In June, Rimes told People that her marriage to Sheremet “wasn’t a marriage that fulfilled either one of us.” She added that while she did “one of the most selfish things that I possibly could do, in hurting someone else,” she doesn’t “regret the outcome.” While some have questioned the sincerity of Rimes's congratulatory tweets, she promises that she wants nothing but the best for her former hubby. “I mean it! I’m really happy for them,” Rimes tweeted. “I’m really happy for their happiness. It’s amazing to have that.”

She's happy because now she doesn't have to pay spousal support.
Hearing the news from "a little birdie" means that he could care less about her anymore and I hope her ex plays it cool and ignores it. It'd be classier of her if she just kept her mouth shut rather than try to vindicate what she did, which was to be a player in the breakup of two marriages.
I am more shocked by his engagment to another woman than I am her stupid Tweets. I thought for sure it would say he's engaged to "Sam" or "Billy". Not a Sarah!
