Kim Kardashian hits 5 million followers on TwitterLife is tweet for Kim Kardashian – the reality star has reached 5 million Twitter followers! "Last night I was glued to my laptop when I saw I was close to getting my five millionth follower on Twitter," the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star wrote on her blog on October 5. "I couldn’t believe it when it happened! It’s such a mind blowing feeling to know so many of you are out there reading my tweets! I can’t believe it! I love you so much." The 29-year-old beauty - who tweets about everything from her love for nephew Mason to career updates to her horror at public breast-feeding - added that she appreciates the social networking site because it helps her stay close to her fans. "Twitter is amazing!! It keeps me connected to you guys even when I’m on the go," she wrote on the site, which features shots of her blowing kisses. "It’s like you are all right there with me. I love that I can ask your advice or your opinion on something and can read your responses straight away… it’s just fab!"

Are you ready for Kanye's 'Dark Twisted Fantasy'?The wait (and hype) is over for fans wondering what Kanye West would name his newest album. Yesterday via Twitter, West announced the name of his forthcoming disc. “The official album title is and always will be…,” West first tweeted before following up with the name, “MY BEAUTIFUL DARK TWISTED FANTASY.” After emerging from self-exile with his triumphant single, “Power,” the introspective “Runaway” and a slew of new music via his G.O.O.D. Fridays campaign, West can put to rest the rumors of the album being called “Good-A** Job” or “Mama’s Boy.”

It's date night on 'Parenthood'It was all about quality time and connections on "Parenthood." Couples were trying to get together and the adults were attempting to connect with the kids. Of course, this being the Braverman clan, someone had to end up with an awkward disconnect. Things were crazier than usual at Adam and Kristina’s, and they were just straightening out the family calendar and trying to throw away junk. Kristina ended up leaving to go on a walk with a slightly crazed, mid-divorce Suze Lessing. And as if Kristina didn’t have enough to worry about, Suze told her that 80 percent of marriages with a child with autism end in divorce, and next thing you know, Kristina was trying to re-institute date night. She wanted to dress up and “connect” with her husband.

James Franco gets glam on the cover of 'Candy'James Franco's acting may be subtle, but his makeup? Not so much. The former "Freaks and Geeks" star sports lipstick, lashes and a whole lot more on the Fall-Winter cover of Candy magazine, described as "“the first transversal style magazine.” The 32-year-old actor shot the cover - in which he wears blue eye shadow, heavy mascara, bright red lips, earrings and a choker while seductively smoking a cigarette - with celeb shutterbug Terry Richardson.

Masi Oka: From 'Hero' to 'Five-O'If you thought Masi Oka was resting on his laurels following the cancellation of "Heroes," think again. Oka, who received an Emmy nomination for his role as Hiro on the NBC series, returns to television October 18 on the new "Hawaii Five-O." He'll play Dr. Max Bergman, a childhood piano prodigy who now serves as the Honolulu County Medical Examiner. It turns out that the actor avoided watching episodes of the original series, as he "didn't want to re-enact what worked decades ago," Oka told reporters during a conference call.

Help us Cheesus, we didn't love 'Glee'Dear Cheesus, could you please stop making the "Glee" characters act so mean? Seriously, I'm still trying to deal with how annoying Rachel has become and now Kurt starts acting up? I get that he’s an atheist and has issues with the church because of their stance on gays, but seriously dude, the Glee Club members are supposed to be your friends. Coming off the high that was last week’s hilarious Britney/Brittany episode, this week just felt kind of forced to me. |
