Ryan Reynolds in no rush to become a dadDon't start knitting those baby booties for Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson just yet. The "Buried" star says he and Johansson, 25, are in no rush to become parents anytime soon. "It's a few years down the road, having a family," Reynolds, 33, says in the October issue of GQ. "That's years away at this point." The actor adds that, contrary to recent reports, the two haven't adopted a child, either. "Ninety-nine point nine percent of it is just absurd," he says of the tabloid rumors. "Silly, you know. And then maybe a relative will call me and ask if I adopted a baby from Ghana."
Maintaining a private life since marrying Johansson in a secret ceremony in September 2008 hasn't been easy, he admits. "I'm a little more guarded, I think. I'm a little bit more wary of having my relationship turning into a soap opera. I've just unilaterally not addressed it. That's kind of been the fail-safe for me." Reynolds does, however, own up to those recent stories that he and Johansson have purchased property in Louisiana. "Three years ago," he clarifies. Meanwhile, Reynolds is renting a house in historic New Orleans while he films the comic book movie "Green Lantern." The star reveals that he never quite feels like he's alone – though in this case, it's not the paparazzi haunting him. "Doors are slamming in the night," he explains of the ghoulish goings on. "The thing I find most disconcerting is that I wake up sometimes and the dog is staring into the bathroom from the foot of the bed."

Its not just him.. this decision is probably a joint one When the adoption rumors where swelling about, Scarlett said then that she would not be pregnant anytime soon. I am sure they will make great parents. They are young, very beautiful and rich. Let them travel the world, make their movies, model and make as much money as they can, while they can and gather some great memories before they add to their family.
