Heidi Montag: I feel trapped in my own bodyHeidi Montag has something she wants to get off her chest: Yes, she feels like a boob for getting those super-sized breast implants. In the new issue of Life & Style, "The Hills" star - whose plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, died in a car accident last week - reveals that she regrets boosting her bust to a size G and plans to take them down a notch. "I'm desperate to go back to normal," she told the magazine. "I'm downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D."
The spotlight-loving Montag revealed in January that she had a complete plastic surgery overhaul, undergoing 10 procedures in one day, including breast and buttock augmentation, a brow lift, a chin reduction and liposuction. Her implants, however, have kept her in constant pain and made her self-conscious. "I have major anxiety about it," she said. "I was taking painkillers but they weren't working so I stopped. It hurt either way." What's more, Montag's over-the-top upper body has left her unable to do simple things, like hug her pets or exercise. "It's heartbreaking," she said. "I cant live an everyday life." In the meantime, 23-year-old Montag is searching for a new plastic surgeon, but isn't convinced that she'll have much success. "There's just no fixing it. Dr. Ryan knows the work he did, he knows everything," she said. "I feel trapped in my own body." As for ex-husband Spencer Pratt's plans to release an alleged sex tape of her, Montag tells Life & Style, "I'm not aware of his filming me, but I wouldn't put it past Spencer. He's a sneaky guy and has little cameras everywhere that he got from China." Not surprisingly, she's trying to stop Pratt, 26, from making the rumored tapes public. "I'm mortified at the thought that people could be looking at me naked before I had the surgery."

tired of seeing her name and HIS in print. They are still 'working' together. A few rags had pics of them together in Costa Rica, looking friendly, not just 'returning dogs' (Who goes to COSTA RICA to trade off pets???). So now, she is going to whine because HER DR. DIED? I have to question her IQ, it is breast surgery, not launching a ship to Mars. I thought this 'Dr' was a typically Hollywood plastic, looking at HIS FROZEN WORK, but SHE did not seem to do any research on how bad it was on the body, back, attaching all that weight to the front of the chest. When is she going to blame Spencer for the surgery, when in all interviews, it was HER saying she wanted it. I guess all those Acting Parts are just not flowing in. Everyone was trying to tell her, even her mother. But the only thing damaged in this girl is her brain and it is impossible to 'add' intelligence and commonsence. Open up that Bible you claim you read all the time Holly-you reap what you sow.
SHe's getting her Karma. SPencer lied about Lauren and now it's his ex-wifes turn. NOw we know who was shady.

So she doesn't mind being exploited as long as she looks like a Barbie Doll? It's good that she's making a better change, but she should have thought about all of these procedures BEFORE going under the knife. Now she'll have to go through the pain of more recovery. Some people need to spend less time working on their beauty and more time on their brains.
I wish that no talent blowup doll would go away! I also wish that she would stop comparing herself to Michael Jaxkson. He ACTUALLY HAD TALENT!!!
Never have I read of anyone as shallow as this no-talent, wanna-be-famous-at-any-cost bimbo. What's "normal" about reducing from a G to a D or double D? What size was she before she had money for plastic surgery? She says she feels trapped in her body. That statement alone is an insult to everyone suffering from disease or disability, those who are TRULY trapped. Heidi's only malady is "I haven't had enough attention lately." She's a useless person.
She's suffering from 'omigodnoonestalkedaboutmeinaweek' – itis so she had to do something to get her name out there again.

All this from the same woman who originally had announced that she wanted to go from G to H because H is for Heidi. Now she's whining that they're too big. Lady why don't you just shut up and get the stupid boob job done ? No one wants to hear that you're thinking of getting it done. Get it done, so that you'll shut the ferk up. As for Spencer, he's a jerk and a tool. I'm sure by year's end no one will want to work with him in Hollywood, and he'll soon fade away.

She has her breasts enhanced to a ridiculous size that wants them reduced - there are women who have had to have their breast removed due to cancer - she should stop her whining & think before she acts !!
