Chelsea Handler's got big plans for the VMAsChelsea Handler hasn’t even done a sound check for her MTV VMA’s gig, but we’re already loving her as the host. Handler told Ryan Seacrest today on his radio show that she has big plans for this year’s awards ceremony, and, if she gets her way, those plans will include a Kanye West and Taylor Swift reunion. “I’d like to get them together because you’ve never seen them together since then,” she told Seacrest, referring to the infamous incident when West mic-jacked Swift in the middle of her "Best Female Video" acceptance speech and announced that Beyonce's "Single Ladies" music video is "one of the best videos of all time."
Handler said that she and MTV will "try to think of something clever to do with them, because that’ll be really fun. Everyone loves Taylor Swift, and Kanye’s Kanye," she laughed. But of course Handler's would like to have her fun with more than just Swift and West – she's also hoping to lambast some of the other hip hop stars in attendance. “I’m pretty excited because it’s such a big hip hop and rap year. I just love having those guys on my show - and they have the best senses of humor anyway - so I’m hoping we can do some really fun stuff with some of these a-holes,” Handler joked with Seacrest. If nothing else, she’ll be sure to show off that Handler charm. “I’ll be myself; that I can promise,” she said. “I couldn’t do anything more serious than this, obviously. I'm excited. MTV is great, you can get away with stuff. They can bleep stuff; if something slips out, then that slips out, and I just act like 'I didn’t know I said that, I'm sorry,' just like I do at E!”

im so excited about you being on the vmas. I watch your show all of the time. Im having such a hard time in my life right now and feel so alone. When i watch your show i smile and laugh. It really makes my day. I would love to meet you some day. Out of all of the celebrities i think you make alot of peoples day. I know you do mine. Good luck at the vmas.

I could not stand Russel Brand last year with his accent.When I read Chelsea Handler was hosting I felt that was a goodchoice - she will be fantastic....I hope !
