Lindsay Lohan has a friend in Lil' Wayne

Whatever the future has in store for Lindsay Lohan, Lil’ Wayne has her back.

In his most recent letter to his fans, Lil’ Wayne brings the masses up to date on his life in prison. Weezy, who is expected to return home from a stint on Riker’s Island in November, gave shout outs to his fans, friends, family and Lohan, who was released from a brief stint in jail in early August and is now in a treatment facility.

“Hey Lindsey, glad it’s over doll,” Lil’ Wayne said in his message. “I should have written her huh?”

Aside from lifting weights and playing UNO, Lil’ Wayne points out that life behind bars is what you make of it. “Ain’t nothing going on in here but the time, which seems like it’s taking forever,” he said.

“I’m trying to make the most out of every second tho, mentally," the rapper wrote. "There’s some pretty cool people in here. Even though this isn’t a cool place to be. I’ve learned plenty already and the best lesson is to not come back.”

Lil’ Wayne also announced that his future projects, “Nino 3” and “I Am Not A Human Being,” will be “coming soon.”

STAY UP, LIL WEEZY!! In fairness, they should let Wayne go free too but that's not going to happen. Why? Compare the color of his and her skin and you will see how bias the court system is.

You people absolutely make me sick. Stupid, criminal fools who know nothing about decent humanity ought to be hauled out and strung up. Well at least given a good kick in the ass and made to acquire a tiny bit of education. Ugh!!!

Wow, has anyone commenting here passed the 3rd grade. Learn how to f$cking spell, type, and then pull your heads out of your asses and take a good look in the mirror. If these are the people this country is made up of, then we are truly screwed.

I don't know if anyone else noticed this but he spelled her name wrong in his message. Unless they misquoted his spelling, he spelled her name with an "e" instead of an "a". He's an idiot and he should stay there until he can grow up and learn how to spell. His work is really not good actually and it's funny how he makes a "rhyme" and everyone thinks he's Robert Frost or something. People should at least know what REAL music is.

Thats the life he choose , and If I recall correctly , this is a free country . His music is not always positive , uplifting nor logical at times but there is a demand for it . Judging him , calling names and criticizing him is meaningless , as no-one is perfect . His actions are exaggerated since they appear under media scrutiny . BTW I Fcks with weezy .

Sean, you are the only sane, intelligent person on this blog. I sometimes read these blogs and everyday it gets worse. Between the illiteracy, stupidity and the hate I shudder to think where our country is headed.

    @sean – It's Weezy, ohkay?

And to everybody else – Lil Wayne is the best rapper alive. Yeah, he's made mistakes, but that's how he was brought up. You know how hard it is to go against EVERYTHING you learned and grew up with, ESPECIALLY being a rapper?

No? I didn't think so. So give him a break, 'kay?

Nah Kat, he knows good and well the platform he has been given and what does he do? He uses it to spread ignorance and promote EVERYTHING that he grew up with and knows is wrong. WHY WOULD YOU MISLEAD A CHILD LIKE THAT? There is no excuse, and if he doesn't realize that, he's just plain stupid- period

Yes Weezy has made mistakes but he is serving his time and T.I got off easier than him.
At least he is real i would rather support Lil Wayne than a Rick Ross real name (William Leonard Roberts) a former corrections officer who fabricated a persona of being a drug dealer and makes up raps about his "life of crime".

Don't really give a crap how Wheezer grew up. He's now a convicted felon, and you're still idolizing him, and that's just sad. Oh, and by the way, go find that issue of Rolling Stone from a few months back with Lil Wayne on the cover. Read the story about him – he didn't grow up in any hard life, he grew up in a nice, wholesome family. Look at his high school picture they printed with the article, he looks more Urkel than gangsta. This whole tatted up loser image is just that – an image. His going to jail on a felony is no one's fault but his, and to still support him makes his fans as dumb as he is. Besides, those racist, bigoted fools in the KKK and Nazi party got their ideologies from what their parents taught them. Should we let them be? (the correct answer is "No"). If you are a lowlife criminal, you should not be idolized, which is what you "Free Wheezer" lunatics are doing.

Lil Wayne represents the absolute worst message you can possibly send to your kids by allowing them to listen to him (especially a female child). Listen, yall can make all the excuses you want for this dude. Truth be told, he has dragged hip hop through the mud and you, not having any other choice, have been brainwashed by someone who has zero inelligence. When are WE going to wake up? Parents nowadays are so backwards they listen to the same music their kids listen to. They pay attention to your every ACTION. Check this out, you want some real hip hop? I got you: Download Lecrae. yea, download that like RIGHT NOW dawg cause we about to TAKE OVER. This other nonsense is OVER. Again, download LECRAE....oNe

@Joel3 your are an idoit Lil Wayne is a college graduate..Once again you are judging him by his outer appearance and what the media tells you. Look harder and do some reasearch before you open your mouth. @Sean you are just a dumb a$$; you must dont listen to his music because not all off it is talking about what happens in the street but it does let people know about what he went through and how he is now working towards a better life for him and his kids. Both of you are just stupid and need to do more research and not jsut ake what the media tells you.

Free Lil Wayne when his time up ( everybody have to do the time for the crime they commit)

See kids, this is why illiteracy is bad. It makes people so they can't even spell and, apparently, makes them support convicted criminals like they're heroes. Stay in school, kids, or you may end up like fatih here.

Your probably some fat guy who was picked on all your life, now you sit at home on your computer giving unwanted opinions about people who are way better off in life than you. And your wondering, why does he have women, money, and a great life but i don't? because your a loser sean. go play on a railroad track!

Both child stars, both worth milliions beforte they were voting age, they are whatever the entertainment business and star obsessed fans made them. @sean, I guess you only listen to pre-teen pop music, because there isn't any adult performers out there really that haven't had a run in with the law or rehab. Real people with real problems go to jail and rehab everday, they just don't have a fanbase. If Lil Wayne saying "this isn’t a cool place to be." keeps some of the young men and women that follow his career out of jail and from doing criminal acts, let him reach the fans.

The one who calls out a criminal for what he is, or the one who blindly defends a criminal by calling others names from the safety of his keyboard? YOU'RE DEFENDING A CONVICTED FELON! Bet you like Michael Vick and Chris Brown, too, don't ya? Sad, sad state of affairs...
