Alanis Morissette is pregnantSinger Alanis Morissette dropped a bombshell when she filled out the "25 Things You Don't Know About Me" column for Us Weekly's current issue. Besides using it to reveal her fear of moths and her mastery of chocolate-chip banana bread, the newlywed took it as an opportunity to announce that she's expecting. "I am pregnant!" Morissette, 36, said in the No. 25 spot.

Boy George questions Gaga's occasional drug useFormer “Culture Club” performer Boy George has been popping over to PaperMag.com to blog “from time to time" (from his bed in London, no less), and the artist has recently questioned just how frequently Lady Gaga uses cocaine. “If Lady Gaga were about to be exposed as a drug user I would understand her recent confession to Vanity Fair that she is an ‘occasional’ coke sniffer,” George wrote. “But why offer up this information on a whim? Could it be that her coke use is not ‘occasional?’” Boy George, who himself has struggled with an addiction to heroin, said that he believes the word “occasional” can be more generous than one would think when you're taking about drugs.

Jennifer Aniston doesn't envy Lindsay LohanOn our latest stop on the Jennifer Aniston press tour – her rom-com "The Switch" opens in theaters August 20 – the 41-year-old actress admitted (get ready, this has nothing to do with babies) that she doesn’t envy Lindsay Lohan. Playing along with “Extra,” Aniston attempted to respond to questions in a rapid-fire quiz. When it comes to her favorite travel destination, it was a no-brainer: “Venice, Italy.” But as far as what to always avoid, that one was a bit trickier: “Robbery,” she responded at first, only to rethink that answer and change it to “mugging,” which also didn’t work. "No, that's not true, because I've been mugged," she said. "That's a horrible answer. Oh God, I suck at this game. Next?"

'Glee's' Mark Salling: I'm not with Vienna GirardiDon’t believe those rumors that “Glee” star Mark Salling is making beautiful music with jilted Vienna Girardi of “The Bachelor.” Despite reports that the pair got cozy at a Fourth of July bash in Las Vegas, Salling – who was caught smooching co-star Naya Rivera (“Santana”), 23, at a Maxim event in May and flirting with SC Johnson heiress Samantha Marq, 23, at an August 1 Hollywood party - denies that he and Jake Pavelka’s ex were ever an item. “I have met her,” Salling, who plays football player Puck on the hit Fox series, told Ryan Seacrest in a recent radio interview. "[But] no, I'm single, man. I’m just chilling. I'm too busy to date anybody."

Joe Jonas gets 'Hot in Cleveland' with Betty WhiteSinger Joe Jonas got to experience firsthand the wonder that is Betty White while filming his cameo for her TV Land series, "Hot in Cleveland." In the episode, which airs tonight, the 20-year-old Jonas Brother plays Valerie Bertinelli's teen son Will, and in one scene, is shown texting away as his mom tries to reconnect with him over dinner. "It's amazing," Jonas told Entertainment Tonight of being on set. "The cast is so nice and helpful throughout the scenes, especially Valerie." But his favorite moment by far involved the one-and-only White, who sat knitting for another scene. "Watching Betty White knit is just so adorable!" Jonas gushed to MTV News, adding that if he could be any Golden Girl, he'd choose 88-year-old Betty's character, Rose. |
