Zac Efron: Vanessa Hudgens has helped me copeFive years after they fell in love on set, the romance between “High School Musical” stars Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens is still going strong. Though the two were relatively unknown at the time, their careers have since skyrocketed, and Efron says that Hudgens has helped him cope with life in the limelight. “[The relationship] has helped me through quite a bit,” the 22-year-old told InStyle in the magazine's August issue. “There are myriad distractions to fall into in this business. To have someone to share with and to relate to is a very valuable gift.”
Having 21-year-old Hudgens by his side probably didn’t hurt when the pair were in France promoting “HSM” with co-star Ashley Tisdale, 25, a few years back. “People rocked the car so hard that it went over onto two wheels,” the “Charlie St. Cloud” star said of the overenthusiastic French fans. “I was inside with Vanessa and Ashley, sliding back and forth like we were Jell-O, and we were dying laughing. It was like a scene in 'Jurassic Park' where T. Rexes flip over cars.” |

They seem like two grounded young stars. If having each other around helps them, more power too them.
Spending time outdoors like attending great events in NYC helps. http://www.randbreloaded.com

It's so refreshing to see two young celebrities who seem to be very mature and not walking around in a prescription drug haze like so many of them do.

N, it just sounds like you have a problem. We get it but you still lose.
Today's article has been brought to you by the letter N. N is for NOOB.
Pfft, behind closed closet doors, maybe.
Both Zac and Vanessa are very down-to-earth, grounded people. The fact that they do keep their relationship behind closed doors is what makes it work. They were both raised in families with the parents who are together and acting as parents and not as their managers. All that makes them more real. Having a good reality like they do helps them cope with the craziness of the entertainment world in which they work.
Thank you Jodi!!
This couple is the next generation of fairy tales that do come true!!
I thank them for thier longevity and faithfullnss to each other AND what a faithful boyfriend/girlfriend relationship should be...Not Hollywood tabloid "stuff"
i think its cute how they talk about there relationship and vice versa,
its rare that they talk about each other,
also its rare in hollywood/ young hollywood that people are together for five years,
so congrats to them for five years 🙂

See? Typo. Happinz ahl teh tym. 😉
Lola, very few people are going too see it whether it's "McCloud" or "St. Cloud." Typos happen, so do boring movies. And sometimes they coincide.

I think any man would be better off with Vanessa Hudgens by his side. I know I would.
"Extracurricular activities" definitely helped Zac out, too.
Congrats, Jules, you comment made it on the comment board on the main page of Marquee Blog. :O

Isn't it Charlie St. Cloud?
