Troll dolls get their own movieTroll dolls may not be much to look at, but neither is Shrek the Ogre, and DreamWorks Animation has made major bank off his swampy story. The studio has struck a deal with Dam Things - the company behind the Good Luck Trolls - to bring the squat, frizzy-haired, kinda creepy toys to the big screen. THR reports that DreamWorks has hired brother and sister duo Adam Wilson and Melanie Wilson LaBracio to write the screenplay, and Dannie Festa will executive produce. |

Alittle freaky !! kids may like it
Had they made this movie 20 years ago, I (and all my friends) would have been all over it. But...are those dolls even popular anymore? I haven't seen them in years.
They should make it a live-action movie and cast folks like Don King, Howard Stern and Macy Gray.
Whenevr I see Trolls, I remember my childhood. I don't know about the movie, but I guess if the trailer is promising I might watch it. 🙂
Unless the movie is "Transformers", a film isn't known to do well when based on a line of toys. I'm not sold on this idea yet.
My daughter and I LOVE.....LOVE.....LOVE troll dolls. It would be funny to see them in a movie. We have a small colletction if you need some for the movie or if you need us to help-LOL
I love those dolls! I don't know about a movie, but look at them, they are so cute.
