Celine Dion could throw one hell of a pool party

It seems Celine Dion still has "Titanic" on the brain. How else to explain why she turned her $20 million Florida mansion into a virtual water world?

The "My Heart Will Go On" singer, 42, who is pregnant with twins, has added some splashy new additions to the Jupiter Island home she shares with husband Rene Angelil, 68, and son Rene Charles, 9. The add-ons include two swimming pools, two water slides, bridges, and a lazy river that moves swimmers slowly downstream. The entire system uses 500,000 gallons of water, the Daily Mail reports.

But neighbors aren't exactly gushing about Dion's backyard water park. She was reportedly fined for her massive use of the island's H2O, but remedied the situation by constructing six wells on the property to store water. Now everyone gets along swimmingly.
