Russell Brand, Katy Perry to marry on a Hump DayYou would think a celebrity like Russell Brand would want to keep the date of his impending marriage under wraps, but in fact, he has no problem revealing when he and Katy Perry plan on tying the knot. "Sometime this year," he told "Showbiz Tonight's" Brooke Anderson during her interview with the English comedian. "Hopefully, Wednesdays." Yes, you read that correctly - on a Wednesday, at some point in the future, the two will wed. Who said celebrities are secretive?
The couple had embarked on a whirlwind romance in January, and Brand popped the question to the American songtress just three months later while they were vacationing in India. "Wednesdays" seems a fitting time as any, this coming from the guy who once claimed, "We are going to do the wedding naked!" at the 2010 Grammy Awards. Would you expect anything less?

Oh my god, if this marriage ever gets off the ground, I doubt it will, I give it as much time as it takes for an oil change.
This is an awkward couple, reminds me of Tom Green and Drew Barrymore. Hah.... She's so gorgeous though. Best of luck to them.

Beuaty AND Humor are relative. To me he is neither good looking or funny. Crude and shocking is very different from funny. Laughing due to uncomfort is not the same as laughing because you are truly entertained. To me his sense of humor only makes him less desirable than his loser heroin addict appearance does alone.
To you, he may be neither, but perhaps for Katy she finds him funny and attractive. To each his/her own.

@jmz LoL! Russell is a good looking guy, and what makes him more appealing is his sense of humor. Beauty is relative, one may look good to me, but to you that person is the ugliest thing to walk the face of earth.

ok how do i put this gently...the fact that ANY woman finds thats dude attractive much less Katy, should disqualify them from being allowd to vote!

I can agree with you if you refer to looks, but who knows... the guy probably has some qualities that katy finds attractive. As others have said here, he is an amusing person. Personality to me is definitely more important than looks. Looks matter to a degree, but it's the personality that lasts longer.
