A big debate at the morning meeting today: There’s a new tape out of the disturbing 911 call made after Gary Coleman’s deadly accident, and we debated whether or not to put it on the show tonight. But it raises new questions about the “Diff’rent Strokes” star’s death, so…we're going with it.
Over to some happier news we are looking into: We’re making calls right now to check into whether or not Mariah Carey is pregnant. Why, you ask? Because Mimi’s hubby, Nick Cannon, isn’t denying reports that she’s expecting!
We’re also buzzing about this maybe-sorta mini-“Friends” reunion. There's lots of stuff out there today about Jennifer Aniston joining Courteney Cox in “Scream 4.” Monica! Rachel! Together again! “How you doin’?”
And it’s definitely not every day that we get fired up about “Twilight.” But when Kristen Stewart (“Bella Swan”) compares being hounded by paparazzi to being raped (in the July 2010 issue of British Elle), we’ve just got to say, “Girl, shut your face!”
There’s nothing that bugs us more than FAMOUS people complaining about being FAMOUS. You don’t want cameras in your face? Go be an accountant. But when you throw the word “rape” around, you’ve definitely gone WAY too far. We’re going to check in with Kristen’s people – I’m thinking she’ll say something like, “I really didn’t mean it like that.”
