Next year for Caillat: Best new rapper?

Colbie Caillat may be known for her laid-back ballads - she won the best pop collaboration with vocals Grammy for her song with Jason Mraz, "Lucky" - but the singer is considering broadening her horizons.

In the backstage press room, Caillat let it drop that she isn't opposed to refining her rhyming skills and dabbling in a little rap one of these days.

She met and performed with rapper Common recently, and they're planning to do an R&B and hip-hop track together soon.

I thought the whole show was just okay-nothing great. I thought the memorial to Michael could have been alot more-people at home weren't prepared for the 3-D version, they didn't have the glasses so how can we really enjoy it? Now, I love Taylor Swift but her singing was sooo off, especially with the duet she did with Stevie Nicks. Now the best part-Steve Colbert. He was funny

Kathryn, Beyonce shows an empowered woman who embraces her sexuality and isn't as blatant as a lot of entertainers are. It's okay for Michael Jackson to be idolized when he grabbed his crotch when he danced but a woman can't? That's surprising coming from a woman. Beyonce is an awesome vocal talent who is beautiful beyond belief and shows girls and women it's okay to be a sexy, black, woman who is not ashamed of her curves. She can't be one commercial thing all the time, most entertainer have to show many facets to give their fans something to enjoy.

Until rap lyrics don't glorify violence, criminals and degrading women...it is hate speach and should be ignored.

Beyonce just disgust me. She ruins her talent by grabbing her crotch. She is a smart woman...why does she insist on setting a bad example for young america! Thank GOD I don't have a daughter!!!
