1. Brad Pitt is hot.. HOT.
2. He is a great actor, definitely blows away Tom Cruise.
3. Not an Angelina fan. Can't act, and is no where near as gorgeous as she is made out to be.
4. As for morally bankrupt, they adopted half of Africa. That screams morals.
Debra R, ok, I finally stopped LAUGHING at your comment.... Tom Cruise USED to be good when he was younger. But somewhere along the line he stopped acting and kept doing the same thing. Now he's box office poison... and I am no big fan of Branjelina,,, but "morally bankrupt" ?!? Tom Cruise is a couch jumpin' scientologist who hangs out with Eurotrash Posh and Becks for Chrissake!~ Now if THAT's not 'morally bankrupt"~ I don't know what is!
Tom Cruise is a better actor than Pitt any day of the week.
Angelina...a very beautiful woman, but can't act her way out of a paer bag.

I think Brad is successful mainly because of his 'choices'. He has done some fabulous movies, Seven, Fight Club, 12 Monkeys, Legends of the Fall, The river runs through it , Babel (to name a few)
He's not scared to look ugly or is always willing to distort his looks on screen. (very unlike Tom Cruise). That is why he has earned his reputation as an actor 'and' a star.
Same thing with Angelina. She picks out good projects and is a very versatile actress (Wanted vs Changing Lanes; Tomb Raider vs The Mighty Heart) etc.
Both are good and deserve every success!
Well, Brad's okay as an actor, but I wouldn't pay $10 at the box office to see him. I will definitely wait till his movie is on DVD.

Kalifornia... Interview with the Vampire... Legends of the Fall... Se7en... Sleepers... Seven Years in Tibet...Twelve Monkeys... Those are just a FEW of the great "early" movies that have helped showcase his range and talent. If you wanna go back to a movie he was a relative unknown before but generated a lot of attention for him, I'll throw "Thelma and Louise" out there and see if that rings a bell. 😉
Not everyone has ONE movie that makes them... some build up a catalog of excellent work and are thereby entitled to a little celebrity. I think. 🙂
Brad Pitt. Besides the hurricane of paparazzi that surrounds his life, or countless covers of magazines can anyone really name the one performance that has made him the celebrity he is today? Not really. I believe he's known for being the other pretty half of Hollywood's so called golden couple and for being quite the looker. Sure he's had some good performances...I'm not saying he can't act. But show me that one performance that knocked everyone off their feet that made his career boom!
Another words, where are all the Marlon Brando's, Al Pacino's or Robert De Niro's??? With all the pretty boy's taking over Hollywood and lack of substance, what's the future hold in cinema? The only one that comes to mind that has staying power is Sean Penn, but then again the guy lacks charisma. lol Now if you don't mind I am going to go back & finish watching Zac Efron in Hairspray. God help me!

Thank God for his rise to fame. He's hot. Every generation has a really great looking guy. In my day it was Robert Redford who, by the way, looks a lot like Brad. He also comes across as a really great person. I hope to see him in movies for a long, long time.

Brad Pitt is a fabulous actor....didn't you see The Curious Case of Benjaming Button, Legends of the Fall, Seven, Interview with a Vampire, or Burn After Reading to name a few. Or Angie's Changeling, A Mighty Heart, The Tomb Raider, Original Sin or the wonderful Mr. & Mrs. Smith. These two are great actors and beautiful people all around. Stop judging them and if you don't like them....why are you reading about them in the first place???/?
brad pitt can't act he's horrible., the same can be said for jolie. i don't know what all the fuss is about.
