A concert-like memorialThere is nothing more appropriate than to say goodbye to Michael Jackson than singing - and lots of it. This memorial for the King of Pop is like a concert. The Andrae Crouch Choir sounded like angels. There are screens everywhere for those with nose-bleed seats to watch the singing, and those fans are just thankful for getting in the Staples Center. Mariah Carey just finished belting her heart out. Look for the memorial tribute album soon. Still up next: Jennifer Hudson, John Mayer, Lionel Richie, Usher and Stevie Wonder. |

My prayers go out to Michael's children & his other family members. God obviously had a bigger plan in heaven for him then the This Is It Tour. RIP Michael and give god the show you had planned for the world. You are truly an amazing man that shared your love warmth and self with the world. You sacrificed so much to give us Great music & entertainment.
I send my condolences to the family. May Michael Jackson live forever in the hearts of his family, friends and fans.
He was part of my generation and I will miss him very much always. Thank you Michael for great memories in my life while your music played on and I grew older. love always
Does everyone really think that Mike's is in the coffin? Do you think the family, and my heart so goes out for his mom and kids that they would take him out of the cementary they just buried him at and risk the chance of something happening. Is nothing holy anymore?
It is hard to believe that I am almost Michael's age so I truly grew up with Michael Jackson. He was a kind soul and I believe that he will now be at peace. Although this is a sad moment for the world, it is a sadder time for his family and more importantly his children. Michael's legacy will live on even when my grandchildren are born someday. May you rest in peace!
LA shouldn't have put this on if they couldn't pay for.
I think it is sick that they are using tax dollars to pay for this when they are issuing IOU's to government works. The city of La should get their priorities straight.
