Chris Brown and Rihanna to face off in courtChris Brown, we will see you in court! An explosive scene is set for Monday for Chris Brown’s preliminary hearing in the case of his alleged beating of Rihanna. Brown’s attorney’s request for a postponement was denied. Showbiz Tonight just got off the phone with Alan Parachini, the Chief Public Information Officer for the L.A. Superior Court who told us that the hearing will go on Monday as planned. He also said that the prosecution is intending to call Rihanna to testify. All eyes will be on the L.A. The media loves to stretch out a story! Both these young people were wrong! Rihanna hit the guy first and Chris beat her the hell up in retaliation! The media only reported one side of the story, they need to get their facts straight!

Right! I'm guessing the state automatically picked up the charges and thats who'se prosecuting him even thought they are supposedly "freindly" again.
Did I miss something? It is only a faceoff if the people involved are at odds. I thought she was back hanging out with him...
