Drama continues for Jon and KateSeason five of Jon & Kate Plus Eight premiered last night to record ratings. Jon and Kate Gosselin celebrated their sextuplets' fifth birthday as paparazzi waited in the woods trying to snap photos of the troubled couple. The show, which normally centers on the everyday chaos of life with eight kids, suddenly focused on a crumbling marriage. Today, Jon and Kate put out this statement: "As many couples do, we are navigating a very difficult time. Our current situation brings us together around the children and some times sets us apart. We keep our faith that we will make the right decisions for our Did you watch last night's premiere? Did the show focus too much on Jon and Kate’s marriage and not enough on the Gosselin kids that you have come to love over the last four seasons? Should Jon and Kate even be putting their kids in front of the camera during such a difficult time in their family? Adam Lambert and Queen?"American Idol" finalists Adam Lambert and Kris Allen performed with the legendary band Queen during the show's finale on May 20. But it was Lambert who caught Queen's eye - one band member told Rolling Stone magazine they were hoping to have a "meaningful conversation" with the young singer. Queen hasn't had a permanent lead vocalist since the death of Freddie Mercury in 1991. And Academy Award nominee Melissa Leo will be a mother to boxing half-brothers Dicky Eklund and Mickey Ward in the film "The Fighter." The brothers will be played by Mark Walhberg and Christian Bale. Plus Billy Joel is being sued by his former drummer; the drummer says Joel owes him money. CNN's KJ Matthews has more on these tidbits in today's buzz:  |
