Former 'Idol' contestants anticipate tour

Megan Joy and Scott MacIntyre were booted from "American Idol" weeks ago, but they are still all about the show.

In an appearance Friday on CNN.com Live, the pair talked a bit about their experiences as part of the hit competition.

Watch Megan and Scott share their thoughts on the show.

Megan said she had no regrets about how things went and was sad when Allison Iraheta, the last female contestant standing, was voted off after making it to the final four.

Both said they were excited to participate in the upcoming finale as well as the tour.

And in keeping with his reputation as one of the nicest guys on the show this season, Scott surprised Megan with a Mother's Day card in honor of her being "the best 'American Idol' mother we ever had"  and a great mom to her 2-year-old daughter.

He also urged those looking for a great Mother's Day gift for their moms to consider purchasing tickets to the "American Idol" summer tour!
