Top 8: We have our bottom threeDanny Gokey stands, and he is safe! So much for the theory that the first to perform gets shuttled off to the bottom three spot. Matt Giraud also escapes the bottom three. Next up is Scott MacIntyre, and he is in the bottom three. It's down to Allison Iraheta and Lil Rounds, and Lil is the unlucky one. So in the bottom three are Anoop, Scott and Lil. Anoop looks chill (hey, he's been here before). Lil looks sad, and Scott has his usual grin going on. Simon says there is one the judges would definitely consider saving. Who can it be now?

Lil and Allison were my top picks coming into this season. Sadly Lil has disappointed repeatedly. Her wardrobe choices are horrible, but the saddest thing is her performances are living up to the hype.
Whoever is advising Lil in her song choices is turning her into a mimic, and needs to STOP! She really can sing, but she's a lousy mimic and who wants to hear a lousy imitation when you can listen to the real deal on itunes.
You still have to worry about emotional issues with Danny, because he keeps getting praise from the judges but he really SUCKS!!
Adam is good BUT I think Allison, at age 16, is phenomenal!! She is the modern day Janice Joplin.
I think America got it right this time around. Scott just doesn't have the voice that others have. He stayed I believe due to the sympathy vote.
He reminds me of someone trying hard to fit in but in the end he just doesn't fit in. I give him credit for making it this far, but there is no room for a sympathy vote at this stage in the game. I'm sure Scott will go far without this win. Singing at weddings would be a good place for him to start.
Sorry Scott, but the others are far more talented then you. Now I can watch the rest of the show without worrying about all the emotional issues. Thanks!
Everyone here now is just irrelevant to Adam, and will all go home eventually. Lil, I hope, sooner than later; then god-awful Matt.

I also think the final two will be Adam and Danny..or maybe Allison and Adam. But Danny is MY favorite.
I think Adam's overrated in a lot of ways, now he's not bad..but frankly I'm kinda sick of hearing about him.
But, I have to say I could see him ultimately winning.
Margie – it takes a "tone deaf" person to think that Adam is also "tone deaf" so have pity on Brian. It must suck not to be able to hear music as it's meant to be heard...
Allison and Chris are getting the 13 – 15 girl & boy votes, so it might be interesting towards the end. Doesn't really matter much, anyway. You don't have to win "Idol" to be successful. In fact, it seems like you have a better shot at a decent career if you LOSE.
I'm just happy I don't have to listen to Megan any more. I can tolerate the rest. Go Adam and Danny!

I love Danny, Allison and Adam. It should get down to them in the end.

I'm surprised the judges would consider saving any of the bottom three. Definitely not Scott, Anoop's performances are too inconsistent, and Lil has been give a number of chances to stop karaoke versions of her songs, to no avail. So who and why? You got me.
Anoop is the only one they might save but I don't think they will use their one this early.
Thank goodness Lil is safe. I'm guessing she's the one they would have saved. They believe she has more talent than she's demonstrated in Hollywood. I agree.
Well the one the judges would have saved, just got sent back to the couch. Will be interesting to see who goes home. I think it will be Scott.

I have to admit I did like her song I Wonder but this is yelling and off key...ugh. Mind you, she looks great.
They will definatly save Anoop if he is unfairly voted off. The good thing about this is that if they use the save on Anoop this week, they won't have one to save Adam Tone Deaf Lambert when he is justly voted off.
