There have been lots of changes for "American Idol" during its 10th season, including the show's ratings.
The New York Times reports that on average, ratings for the show have been averaging 25 million viewers, which is up one percent over where the competition show was last year.
"Idol" also has a 79 percent higher rating among 18-to- 49-year-old viewers than its closest competitor, the ABC comedy “Modern Family.” FULL POST
