It’s been a while since Glenn Close has had a true starring role on film, and even longer since she had a role worthy of her talent. But it looks like things may change for the five-time Oscar-nominated actress.
The first trailer has just been released for her long awaited passion project, “Albert Nobbs.” Close plays the title character, a 19th-century Englishwoman who poses as a man in order to work at a posh hotel in a male-dominated Ireland, but who is also desperate to leave behind "the false life she has created for herself."

Comic book fans were left drooling after the announcement at Comic-Con 2010 that Marvel was gathering its all-star team of superheroes together.
On Tuesday, Marvel unleashed the first trailer for their upcoming superhero blockbuster, "The Avengers.”

"What must it be like to be the most famous woman on earth?"
That question can only be asked of a few women, and in this case, it is posed for Marilyn Monroe in the just released trailer for the upcoming film "My Week with Marilyn," set during the height of her fame in the late 1950s.

It's about time. Sony Pictures has released a full-length trailer for the English adaptation of "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo."
Based on the international best-seller by Stieg Larsson, disgraced journalist Mikael Blomkvist (Daniel Craig) is hired by an aging Swedish tycoon (Christopher Plummer) to solve the mysterious disappearance of his granddaughter. It might be easy to presume that viewers are already familiar with the story thanks to the book, but this trailer sets up the central mystery in case you don't know.

Warner Bros. has finally released the trailer for one of the more anticipated films of the year, Clint Eastwood's "J. Edgar."
The film chronicles the life of former FBI director J. Edgar Hoover, played by Leonardo DiCaprio, whose voice is almost unrecognizable in the clip. The film is written by Dustin Lance Black, who won an Oscar for his work on 2008's "Milk."
The historical drama also stars Naomi Watts, Jeffrey Donovan and "Gossip Girl" star Ed Westwick, in addition to Judi Dench as Hoover's mother and "The Social Network" star Armie Hammer, playing Hoover's purported confidante and lover.

After six years, full of edits (and lawsuits), we finally have a first look at the trailer for "Margaret."
Starring "True Blood's" Anna Paquin, the film was shot in 2005. The Kenneth Lonergan directed drama remained in limbo... until now.
"Margaret" tells the story of Lisa (Paquin), a young woman who witnesses a bus crash. Mark Ruffalo and Matt Damon also star in the film.
Will the film will be the worth the six-year wait? Let us know what you thing.
"Margaret" will hit theaters on September 30 in limited release.
