Angelina Jolie's using jewels to build schoolsAngelina Jolie has come up with a stylish way to raise funds for an all-girls school in Afghanistan. The actress and UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador has launched a jewelery line with Robert Procop called "The Style of Jolie." Sales from the line will go toward the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, an organization Jolie co-chairs.

Heidi Klum saves son from ocean wavesHeidi Klum's Hawaii beach vacation with family turned frightening on Sunday when her son, Henry, was pulled into a rip current along with two nannies. As Us Weekly reported, Klum and her bodyguard/boyfriend, Martin Kirsten, immediately raced to save the 7-year-old and the caretakers. Henry is Klum's oldest son; she's also mom to Leni, 8; Johan, 6; and Lou, 3. “We were pulled into the ocean by a big wave. Like any mother, I was very scared for my child and everyone else in the water," Klum told CNN in a statement. "Thankfully Henry is a strong swimmer and was able to swim back to land and we were able to get everyone out safely." The 39-year-old supermodel and TV personality, who's currently hosting the latest season of "Project Runway," will appear on "America's Got Talent" as a judge this summer.

'Homeland' executive producer Henry Bromell diesTelevision producer and writer Henry Bromell, who was part of the team that picked up an Emmy for Showtime's "Homeland", has died, CNN's confirmed. According to the Los Angeles Times, Bromell passed away Monday at St. John's Health Center in Santa Monica, California, at the age of 65.

Morrissey cancels remainder of tourAfter a series of reshuffled dates, Morrissey has canceled the remainder of his North American tour for health reasons. In recent weeks, Morrissey has been plagued with a bleeding ulcer, Barrett's esophagus and double pneumonia, a statement from the musician's rep said. As a result, those anticipating to see the artist perform his upcoming March shows in Lawrence, Kansas; Lincoln, Nebraska; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Chicago, Illinois; Clear Lake, Iowa; Nashville, Tennessee; and Atlanta, Georgia will have to wait until his next tour.

Kelly Osbourne recovering after on-set seizureKelly Osbourne landed in the hospital on Thursday after fainting on the set of E!'s "Fashion Police," a rep for the TV personality told CNN. After the incident, Osbourne "was taken to a local hospital for further testing and is awake, alert and in stable condition," the rep said Thursday night. |
