Ryan Lewis backing mother, an HIV survivor

Ryan Lewis has more than one good reason to support the 30/30 Project, a campaign to bring health care facilities to communities affected by HIV/AIDS.

The first is that the project was founded by his mother, Julie Lewis. The second is that Julie Lewis has been living with HIV since 1984.

  • This news is a relief if you're a fan of HBO's "Veep," "Silicon Valley" or laughter being the best medicine. Those two comedies have been renewed for a fourth and second season, respectively.
  • Julia Roberts spoke out for the first time since the February death of her half sister, Nancy Motes. The Oscar winner said coping with the loss is "hour by hour some days, but you just keep looking ahead. First look at 'True Blood's' final season

"True Blood" has seen a lot of death but now its time to put the show itself to rest.

In June, the HBO series will air its seventh and final season, and from the look of a new trailer it's not going down without a fight.
