Along with "30 Rock," NBC's "The Office" has become one of the network's defining comedies of the aughts. And on Thursday night, "The Office" will follow "30 Rock" into retirement.

"Downton Abbey" has added a ton of new actors to its cast for season four, and some fans might've thought Sean "P. Diddy" Combs was among them.

The music mogul (and hip-hop's wealthiest) sent out a flurry of tweets on Wednesday that suggested he was the newest resident of "Downton," along with a supposed picture of himself on set:

Cannes 2013: Movies we're excited about

The Cannes Film Festival officially launched on Wednesday with the opening ceremony and the premiere of Baz Luhrmann's "The Great Gatsby."

As the stars took to the red carpet, including judges of this year's event like Steven Spielberg and Nicole Kidman, many huddled under umbrellas to avoid what ended up being a soggy opening day.

  • Kelly Rowland's "Dirty Laundry" is something to behold. The singer's new single gets frank and very personal, as Rowland sings about her jealousy of Beyoncé post-"Survivor" and an abusive ex. [Billboard]
  • Actor/director Jon Favreau is going to both act and direct in his next feature, and he's bringing along a high-profile team. Along with Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson has also signed on for Favreau's "Chef." [Variety]
  • Chris Brown and Drake now have another thing in common (besides Rihanna, clearly): Like Drake, Brown's also featuring the late singer Aaliyah's voice on a new song. [MTV]
  • The Backstreet Boys aren't done with this whole "we're back" thing. The boy band has released a new single, as well as a release date for an upcoming album. [HuffPost]
  • Egads: A so-called Taylor Swift fan was  reportedly  arrested near the singer's Rhode Island beach property after - wait for it - allegedly swimming in the star's pool. [TMZ]
