Deborah Ann Woll is not a vampire, but she does play one on TV. For those who don't recognize the name, you probably know her face: Woll plays teen vampire Jessica Hamby on the hit HBO series "True Blood," which is currently in its fifth season.
So what is it like to portray a vampire on the small screen, and how does one prepare for such a role? Do the "True Blood" vampires really drink blood?
Woll answered those questions and more when she was quizzed by CNN's "Starting Point" panel. Check out the video above and find out what she had to say!

On Sunday night’s “True Blood,” the Authority enacted Bill’s evil plan by bombing the world’s largest Tru Blood factory.
The only sane vampires left in the Authority, Eric and Molly, plotted their escape. Eric invited Bill, giving him one last chance to join the Mainstreamers.

On Sunday's “True Blood,” the Authority finally came up with a plan end mainstreaming in society – and the evil idea was Bill’s.
When Eric, Bill and the Authority members stumbled back into the headquarters, only Eric seemed lucid. (“We were in the presence of God,” Bill marveled. “We were high as f*****g kites,” Eric corrected.)

The Authority finally captured Russell on Sunday's episode of "True Blood," and it turned out to be a very bad idea.
Russell’s wolves attacked as he cornered Sookie, but she defended herself with her fairy laser magic. When Eric went in for the kill, Bill stopped him, suggesting they may be able to live if they delivered Russell alive.
