Snooki: Pregnancy has made me more matureThere’s nothing like getting pregnant to make you grow up - and fast - and that seems to be the case with “Jersey Shore” star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi. While promoting her new MTV show “Snooki & JWoww” on Thursday, the expecting reality show star told People magazine that carrying a little one has been the true reality check. "I guess [pregnancy] just made me more mature,” claimed the 24-year-old, who says she’s stopped tanning, no longer does her trademark (“Whaaa!") whine and has swapped pickles for her new cravings, which include “a lot of fruits and Italian icies.”

Snooki will cut you if you mess with her babyConsider yourself warned. Pregnant “Jersey Shore” star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi fired off on Twitter earlier this week that should anyone get in her way, she's not above hurting a b*****. Her virulent response, captioned on a photo she shot of herself standing in fighting position, came in response to two followers who had apparently crossed the line.

New season of 'Shore' touts 'fist pumps, baby bumps'There was a whole lot of bleeping, bickering and blaming on Thursday night's "Jersey Shore: The Reunion." It was reminiscent of the Seaside Heights-set reality show, to say the least. At one point, The Situation - who recently made headlines when he confirmed he's seeking treatment for a "prescription medication problem" - dramatically walked off set. The reality star, whose real name is Mike Sorrentino, needed some fresh air after a heated argument with Snooki.

Yep, Snooki's pregnant - and engagedThe rumors are now confirmed: Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is indeed pregnant, and she's also engaged to her boyfriend, Jionni LaValle. Her rep tells CNN, "Nicole is thrilled to finally be able to share her happy news with her fans.” Snooki, 24, tells Us Weekly that she's 15 weeks along, having found out about the pregnancy after the New Year's holiday. The reality star admits to the magazine that her initial thought was "'S***, I've been drinking!' I was worried. It was New Year's Eve and we were in Vegas, so I did go crazy."

Getting to know Snooki's boyfriend, JionniAside from what we've seen of him on "Jersey Shore," not much is known about Jionni LaValle, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi's boyfriend/possible fiance/possible father of her rumored child. And that seems to be by design, as a number of observers say that LaValle isn't interested in riding the "Jersey Shore" fame wave. The couple started dating in 2010, and Snooki told People magazine at the time that LaValle spotted a snapshot of himself in a celebrity magazine and "freaked out." She recalled that he told her, "'I don't want to be in that world,' because he's trying to be a teacher and, you know, he just wants to be with me."

Is Snooki pregnant?Although Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi's previously denied reports that she's pregnant, The New York Post is claiming that the pint-sized reality star has been fibbing. A similar rumor started at the beginning of the month, and the "Jersey Shore" star's rep told MTV that there was no truth to the gossip that Snooki and her boyfriend Jionni had a little one on the way. On February 2, Snooki told "Good Morning America," “I definitely do want kids, but I’m not pregnant . . . Being pregnant should be a real thing and a happy thing, and I’m not.” |
