'The Big Bang Theory' casts Bernadette’s momWe’ve met Beverly Hofstadter and Mary Cooper, we’ve video chatted with Mrs. Koothrappali, and we’ve heard Mrs. Wolowitz’s voice boom through our TVs. Now “The Big Bang Theory” is introducing us to Bernadette’s mother, to be played by Meagen Fay on an upcoming episode, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Mayim Bialik hits the red carpet post-accidentMayim Bialik worked the red carpet on Monday - just five days after a car accident left her with a “very impaired right hand." But the actress appeared to be in good spirits at the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Performers Peer Group Cocktail Reception, accessorizing her gray dress with black pumps and a splint. Mayim Bialik recovering after car accidentUpdate: Mayim Bialick assured fans via Twitter on Thursday that she's doing well, and has already returned to work on "The Big Bang Theory": "How much do I get love and support from the big [sic] band cast and crew? I went to work today ... doing ok. Grateful. And tired." She followed up on Friday, writing, "Nerve block: good. Nerve block wearing off: not good. Natural childbirth: manageable and profound. This: meh." Nerd nuptials on 'The Big Bang Theory'Well, I certainly didn't expect that. For much of this season, I doubted that Howard and Bernadette would make it down the aisle. There just seemed to be so many red flags. Even Thursday night's season finale had the red flag of Howard continuing to call Bernadette "Ma," but stopping himself at the last minute. Stuck in relationship 'hell' on 'Big Bang Theory'It's tough to figure out which of "The Big Bang Theory" guys has it the worst after Thursday night's episode. Leonard really stepped in it after Penny wanted to start "moving faster" in their relationship, and he blurted out "Will you marry me" while in bed. He begged Penny for another chance, to which she responded, "Why, so you can crawl under the covers and go, 'Hey, baby, wanna go look for houses in neighborhoods with good schools?'" One wild stag party (and Wheaton) on 'The Big Bang Theory'As promised, Howard's stag party was one to remember on Thursday night's "Big Bang Theory." Wil Wheaton showed up, and despite burying the hatchet, still annoyed Sheldon. Kripke was mad there weren't any strippers, and comic book store owner Stuart was just depressed. Sheldon told some wildly inappropriate jokes - though Raj outdid him. Unfortunately, Wil's presence once again spelled trouble: he posted one of Raj's drunken rants about Howard having been with a prostitute on the Internet.... and Bernadette saw it. |
