Nicki Minaj on 'Idol' rumors: I'm happy here

If "American Idol" producers really are planning to toss aside all of the show's judges, as rumors have suggested, they only have three left to go.

On Thursday night, Randy Jackson confirmed that he's departing the long-running reality competition, meaning the show no longer has any of its original judges.

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis make Billboard history

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis have taken "Thrift Shop" all the way to the bank.

The duo have made history on Billboard's Hot 100 chart, as their first two singles, the aforementioned "Shop" and the more recent "Can't Hold Us" with Ray Dalton, have both shot to No. 1.

That makes Macklemore and Lewis the first duo in Billboard's history to see their first two singles climb to the top of the chart.

Miranda Lambert, Luke Bryan lead CMT nominees

Miranda Lambert's poised to be the star winner at this year's CMT Music Awards.

The singer is nominated for four honors, including Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year for "Mama's Broken Heart." She leads the pack of nominees along with Luke Bryan and Eric Church, who each have four nods as well.

Justin Timberlake is suiting up for a world tour this fall.

The "Mirrors" singer has announced that in addition to releasing a second half of "The 20/20 Experience," he's also going to embark on a tour that will last through 2014.

Lil Wayne acknowledges hurt to Emmett Till family ... but they're not buying

Lil Wayne, in a letter to the family of Emmett Till, has acknowledged the hurt he caused in a song lyric that compared his sexual prowess to the decimated body of Emmett Till, the 14-year-old whose brutal 1955 murder helped spark the U.S. civil rights movement.

The controversy he's responding to stems all the way back to February, when a remix of a song called "Karate Chop" by the rapper Future leaked. In his contribution to "Karate Chop," Wayne said he'd "beat that p***y like Emmett Till."
