Enrique Iglesias and Jennifer Lopez set to duetWhen she's not coaching aspiring "American Idols," Jennifer Lopez is heading into the booth herself. The singer is set to record a new song with Enrique Iglesias, reports Billboard. The Lopez/Iglesias collaboration, “Mouth2Mouth,” will be included in a new, repackaged edition of Enrique’s hit bilingual album "Euphoria." "I Like How It Feels," featuring Pitbull, will be on the radio in a few weeks. Marc Anthony launches Kohl's clothing lineIs Marc Anthony taking a page from estranged wife J. Lo's marketing book? The crooner stepped into the world of celebrity fashion lines on Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony unveiling his new Kohl’s clothing collection, reports Billboard. Marc debuted the Marc Anthony Collection at a Kohl’s store in Jersey City, New Jersey. J. Lo video star: I had nothing to do with breakupNow that Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have announced they're ending their seven-year marriage, everyone's retracing the couple's recent moves to look for clues. There are some who think the split was foreshadowed on Lopez's latest album "Love?," and not just because of that question mark. People magazine notes that the record's "Starting Over" refers to the singer's love interest as a "dog" and a "player," with other lyrics that reference "dreams falling apart at the seams." Lopez didn't actually write that song, though, but she did co-write another one: "One Love." J.Lo at work on TV talent competition of her ownIs Jennifer Lopez voting herself off "American Idol" already? The actress/singer is currently working on a music-competition reality series of her own, according to Entertainment Weekly. The show, called "Que Viva," would find Lopez and husband Marc Anthony traveling throughout Latin America to discover fresh, new talent. "Que Viva," which will be produced by "Idol" creator Simon Fuller, has been in development for quite some time and is currently being shopped around to networks. Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony team up with Kohl'sIn advance of her inaugural run as an “American Idol” judge, Jennifer Lopez is taking on a stylish venture: The 41-year-old actress/singer/designer and her husband, Marc Anthony, announced Thursday that they've teamed up with Kohl’s to debut two fashion lines. Lopez and Anthony will each launch a clothing and accessories line for Kohl’s department stores in the States. Eventually, the couple said, they’ll lend their style savvy to a home goods line as well. Lopez’s collection will include sportswear, dresses, handbags, jewelry, shoes and sleepwear, while Anthony’s will offer sportswear, dress shirts, neckwear, accessories, suits, coats and shoes. The merchandise is expected to hit Kohl’s stores and Kohls.com beginning in the fall of next year. JLo's tweet fashion choiceWhether or not reports that “American Idol” execs passed on Jennifer Lopez as an "Idol" judge because she was too demanding are the real reason she won't be on the Fox show, we do know one thing: Lopez likes her jewels. After more than one report about Fox looking elsewhere for an “Idol” judge questioned if it was because of a “diva” attitude, Lopez tweeted a photo of a filled-to-the-brim jewelry box, makeup bags and what looks like a hat with a feather. The caption read, “Hmm…what should I wear today?" Because, you know, these are the questions that a high-maintenance diva has to thoughtfully consider. Although she didn’t specifically reference any of the “Idol” rumors, we like to think that photo spoke a thousand words as to what her thoughts are on the speculation. |
