Judging from the Oscar nods "Silver Linings Playbook" has earned, Jennifer Lawrence and David O. Russell make a great match. The two nominees seem to know that, as they've teamed up again for a new movie.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Russell, who's up for a best director Oscar at this weekend's ceremony, will lead best actress nominee Lawrence in an upcoming film called "The Ends of the Earth."

Following Kristen Wiig's new job on "Anchorman 2," her "Bridesmaids" co-stars Melissa McCarthy and Ellie Kemper are landing new work as well.

Kemper, according to the Hollywood Reporter, has landed a role leading a new comedy pilot called "Brenda Forever" on NBC.

This sounds like it could be a match made in comedy heaven.

According to Deadline, "Pitch Perfect" director Jason Moore is in talks to lead a movie called "The Nest," which is being produced by Tina Fey.

Better still, there's a chance "The Nest" could also serve as a post-"30 Rock" project for Fey. (Not that the 42-year-old actress/writer/producer is hurting for employment - she already has  "Admission" arriving March 22, and is filming "The Muppets ... Again!" for 2014.)

"The Nest's" script was written by Fey's fellow "30 Rock" and "SNL" alum Paula Pell. The concept centers on two sisters in their 30s who, when they find out their parents are selling their home, decide to spend one last crazy weekend there together.

The inevitable Lance Armstrong biopic already has an interested star: Bradley Cooper.

The Oscar-nominated "Silver Linings Playbook" actor told BBC News that he "would be interested" in portraying Armstrong on film.
