One thing is clear about the new casting shakeup in "The Expendables" franchise: star Sylvester Stallone is pretty thrilled about it.
The 67-year-old actor, who's appeared in the first two films about a team of mercenaries hired by the CIA, tweeted on Tuesday that Harrison Ford is joining the project. Here's the twist: his fellow franchise star Bruce Willis won't appear in the movie.

The Rebel Alliance has apparently begun recruitment.
The website Bleeding Cool News reports that casting has begun in the U.K., and has posted confirmed casting breakdowns for "Star Wars Episode VII," pointing to a list of seven descriptions of possible character types, a sampling of which you can see below:

Now that "Fifty Shades of Grey" has found its director in Sam Taylor-Johnson, surely the hunt has intensified to find the perfect Christian Grey.
A number of actors have been mentioned as possibilities, including "The Lone Ranger's" Armie Hammer - yet the star tells Playboy magazine that he's not interested in portraying the handsome, domineering billionaire.

Kristen Stewart has lined up two new indie projects, one of which will see the actress suit up as a soldier.
According to Deadline, the 23-year-old former "Twilight" star is set to portray a young woman who joins the military as an exit strategy from her small town, but she gets sent to fulfill her duty at Guantanamo Bay rather than Iraq, where she thought she was headed.
