The recently released photo of Edward and Bella's bedroom scene in "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn" has Twihards' hearts all a-Twitter. So what does the film's star Robert Pattinson think of the steamy pic?
"I love how they release that for the first one. They just give it all away," he joked to MTV.
One thing Pattinson won't give away is what it was like shooting the scene with rumored off-screen love Kristen Stewart. The actor tells MTV it was no different than filming a passionate encounter with Uma Thurman, his co-star in the upcoming "Bel Ami."
The first photo of "Breaking Dawn's" steamy scene between Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson) has been unveiled, and it has fans swooning.
"Wow this picture is amazing... so natural and sensual... I can't wait to see [the] movie in November!!!!!" commented Amasai on "Twilight's" official Twitter page. Added missmolliekate1, "What i wouldn't give to be Kristen [Stewart]."
The photo also had an almost-fatal effect on a few Twi-hards. "Oh I get it... you're trying to kill us! THISISWAYTOOCUTEFORMYEYES!" MomsenStew said of the sexy shot. For PattinsonLadies, it was all about Edward's arm: "Rob's bicep! *DEAD*"
There’s a reason Robert Pattinson makes for such a great vampire, and it’s not just because he has a talent for making pasty look hot.
Family history experts at Ancestry.com have discovered that Pattinson is related to Vlad III Dracula.
Yes, our beloved teen heartthrob shares blood with Vlad the Impaler, the crazy Transylvanian ruler who is thought to be the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s “Dracula.”
“Showbiz Tonight” staffers had a furious debate in this morning's meeting about “Twilight” star Robert Pattinson’s defense of his on-screen (and reported off-screen) love, Kristen Stewart, and her controversial comments about rape.
Stewart is under fire for telling Elle UK that her encounters with the paparazzi are akin to “being raped,” but Pattinson said in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that he believes her comments were blown out of proportion - and he puts the blame squarely on Internet journalists.
He told EW that “None of those associations came out and gave a statement [criticizing Kristen] without being called upon by the media first – who were doing it specifically to get hits on their websites…”
In his upcoming movie “Bel Ami,” Robert Pattinson gives “New Moon” a whole new meaning - the actor bares his bottom in the nudity-packed drama.
“I think there's a lot of my crack in it," Pattinson, 24, told MTV News of the film, which is due out next year.
While “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” heartthrob told Jay Leno last night that his parents have no problem with him getting naked on screen (“They’ve seen it all before,” he joked), he admitted that he dreaded dropping his robe for his big reveal.
With the promotional walk-up to “Eclipse” in full-swing (and no end in sight until June 30), it feels like Robert Pattinson has been talking for the past 24 hours straight; he hasn’t read “Breaking Dawn,” (poor kid has no idea what he’s in for); he’d like to go on a date; it’s the anticipation of sex that makes “Twilight” so sexy.
The 24-year-old actor isn’t done yet. In an interview with Parade magazine, Pattinson once again touched on “Twilight’s” take on sex, and he said that he understands why his character, Edward, is staunchly against sealing the deal with his human love, Bella.
“Edward is old fashioned. Nowadays, everyone just goes around screwing everyone for no reason,” Pattinson told Parade. “I guess Edward doesn't really want to sort of cheapen his relationship with Bella, even though she's pushing him to go all the way. He's got this certain idea of how it should go with the love of his life. He wants to do it right and not just follow his base instincts. I guess I'm a bit old fashioned in that way as well."
