Gwyneth Paltrow suffers post-birthday hangover

Gwyneth Paltrow may have gone a little overboard celebrating her 39th birthday on Tuesday, if her Twitter account is any indication. Wednesday morning, the actress alerted followers to her “horrific hangover,” reports E! Online.

"Nursing a horrific hangover at the jfk,” Gwynnie shared early Wednesday. “Nothing like starting an overseas flight dehydrated. Where is the dog, I need the hair."

Paltrow’s “Contagion” co-star Ali Wentworth hinted at the source of the birthday girl’s sickness, replying, "Happy Hang-over!!!! Heard it was Crazy! Next year Paris!"

Birthday twins: Gwyneth Paltrow and Lil Wayne

Gwyneth Paltrow and Lil Wayne share a birthday today, which made us wonder what else these two stars have in common.

A decade apart - Paltrow blows out 39 candles today, while Weezy celebrates 29 years - this is a musically talented pair. Weezy's made a successful career in the industry, and Paltrow sings - and occasionally raps - whenever possible.

Both know how to throw a party (dinner, or otherwise) and we'd imagine that if they ever combined their fetes, it's basically a given Beyonce - Paltrow's bestie, who Wayne's also worked with - and maybe even Madonna would be in attendance. (Wayne is featured on Madonna’s 2009 song, “Revolver," and Gwyn and Madge pal around, though they may have had a falling out. "Through thick and thin she's a constant in my life," Paltrow told V Magazine of Madonna in 2008.)

Gwyneth Paltrow: Canned cheese? I'd rather smoke crack

Hide the canned cheese from Gwyneth Paltrow, or things could get ugly.

The 38-year-old actress/foodie turned up at the iTunes festival in London on Tuesday to talk cooking and good eats, and after avoiding questions from interviewer Jonathan Ross about husband Chris Martin, she explained that she doesn’t let her kids go anywhere near McDonald’s.

“I take them to Pizza Express because I think that’s much healthier,” she told Ross, according to the Daily Mirror. “Don’t tell them there are toys!”
