Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck welcome baby boy SamuelIt's a boy for Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck, who welcomed their third child Monday. Affleck has posted on his Facebook page that they're "happy to announce" that "Jennifer gave birth to a healthy baby boy, Samuel Garner Affleck." Affleck and Garner, both 39, also have daughters Violet, 6, and Seraphina, 3. Garner has said the two girls had ideas for the baby name, and it looks like she was able to steer them away from some of their more creative suggestions.

Affleck, Damon to produce, star in Whitey Bulger filmBen Affleck and Matt Damon are combining their star power once again. Studio Warner Bros. Pictures tells CNN that Affleck is set to direct as well as co-star along with Matt Damon in a film about infamous gangster Whitey Bulger. The yet-to-be-titled film will be produced by the Boston filmmakers as well, under their production company Pearl Street Films. Damon is signed on to portray Bulger, who was just recently apprehended after more than 16 years on the run. |
