There's no such thing as too much Anna Kendrick, which is why we're thrilled she's picking up two new roles.
The Oscar-nominated actress is joining both a new comedy and a new dramedy, on top of also returning for the "Pitch Perfect" sequel.
According to Variety, Kendrick is working with Sam Rockwell ("Seven Psychopaths") and director Paco Cabezas ("The Appeared") on a romance with a thriller twist called "Mr. Right." Kendrick will play a woman who finds the perfect guy ... who just so happens to have one "very fatal flaw": he's a former hit man.
That movie, written by Max Landis ("Chronicle"), is expected to arrive in 2015.
The actress also has John Krasinski's "The Hollars" on her plate. According to Deadline, Krasinski will both direct and star in the film, which tells the story of a New York artist (Krasinski) who takes his girlfriend (Kendrick) with him to his hometown on the night before his mother (Margo Martindale) undergoes brain surgery. Back at home, Krasinski's character will have to confront an enthusiastic ex, a dysfunctional family and old friends.
And if that wasn't enough, Kendrick is also planning to star in a 2015 dramatic comedy called "Cake" with Jennifer Aniston, Sam Worthington, Chris Messina and Britt Robertson.
