Trailer Park: From 'Lucy' to 'The Drop'

Before he passed away last summer, James Gandolfini was a very busy man.

The late actor best known for "The Sopranos" knocked out appearances in four projects slated for 2013, from "The Incredible Burt Wonderstone" to last fall's indie darling, "Enough Said."

But his final performance, "The Drop," is just now making its way to theaters.

Tom Hardy stars in the crime drama as a Brooklyn bartender named Bob who finds himself caught up in the dangerous aftermath of a robbery gone awry. Gandolfini plays Marv, Bob's cousin and the once-powerful owner of the bar, a place the neighborhood criminals favor as a spot to conduct a "drop" of their dirty money.

Directed by Michaƫl R. Roskam and also starring Noomi Rapace, "The Drop" arrives September 19.

Another James, this one Franco, is gearing up for another film release with "Palo Alto."

Directed by Gia Coppola from a script adapted from Franco's collection of short stories, "Palo Alto" mainly follows a teen soccer player named April (Emma Roberts) who forms an illicit relationship with her coach, Mr. B (James Franco).

The movie will be available in select cities on May 9.

And lastly, there's Scarlett Johansson, who's apparently cramming in as many projects as she can before she becomes a first-time mom.

The "Captain America: Winter Soldier" actress will also be seen this year in "Lucy," a movie about a drug mule who accidentally swallows the product she's supposed to be ferrying and discovers she's developed superpowers.

"Lucy" arrives on August 8.

Guess the reviewer didn't actually watch the trailer for Lucy, big surprise. It clearly showed she was surgically implanted with the drugs, then while being beaten, had it rupture inside and leak into her bloodstream, thus causing the new abilities. What's the meme.. "You had one job"
