Nineteen seconds is all we're getting from the "Guardians of the Galaxy" teaser, but 19 seconds is all we need. (At least for now.)
Marvel has unleashed a sneak peek at its upcoming intergalactic action epic, and it's one jam-packed clip.
The only snippet of dialogue to be heard is spoken by Djimon Hounsou, whose Korath the Pursuer demands to know the identity of Chris Pratt's character Peter Quill.
As evidenced by the clip's final shot, Pratt has gotten ripped for his role as Quill, an American pilot also known as Star-Lord who has an orb desired by the evil Ronan the Accuser (Lee Pace).
After Hounsou's Korath demands identification, we're off into a fast-paced exploration of this movie's universe - one that includes Bradley Cooper as Rocket Raccoon, Vin Diesel as Groot and Zoe Saldana as Gamora.
The full trailer for "Guardians of the Galaxy" will debut during "Jimmy Kimmel Live" tonight, with the full movie arriving in theaters August 1.
