If we're being honest, we're still working our way through our 2013 reading list - but that's because there's been so much top-notch talent to choose from.
This year, we saw the return of giants like Stephen King with "Doctor Sleep" and Donna Tartt with "The Goldfinch," nearly as often as we were introduced to new voices like Ayana Mathis with "The Twelve Tribes of Hattie."
So which books did you love the most in 2013? Pick up to 10 of your favorites by noon ET on December 18, and check back the week of December 23 for the results.
My favorite book for this season is Carol Denise Mitchell's Rovella Starr
All The New about The Hobbit 2 Movie
Doctor Sleep was excellent. Better than it's predecessor in my opinion. Also Winter of the World by Ken Follett.
This is easy –
1. – 10. The Bible (no other book matters unless your an evil liberal)
Uh, original release not in 2013
Just finished MADADDAM. It was brilliant. The end of the trilogy starting with "Oryx and Crake" and "The Year of the Flood." If you like books that deal with "dystopia" you will enjoy these.
I had dystopia once and had to stay home from school. Pepto Bismol helps if you havecthat.
People still read? If do, I am impressed.
Reading makes my brains all sore
I don't even read the articles here. I just comment on 'em.
Me neither. I hardly ever actually read them.
Me as well..lol. I enjoy reading a good funny comment better. I couldn't careless about some of these people. Not saying to be mean.
Glad Troll Buster is deleting the rant and rave hacker toll. Need more funny comments thou.
The "Rant and Rave Hacker" does give impetus to some amusing retorts.
Take THAT, Firsty the Snowman...I am FIRST!
Heeeeeeyyyyyy...sit on it!
