Will Ferrell's Ron Burgundy takes over newscast

At this point, we're starting to believe Will Ferrell is just a character Ron Burgundy occasionally plays.

With the release of "Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues" looming closer - it's now arriving December 18 - Ferrell has been working overtime as classy newsman Ron Burgundy, selling cars and shilling his personal flavor of Ben & Jerry's ice cream, "Scotchy Scotch Scotch."

But on Saturday, Ferrell's Burgundy did what he does best: deliver the local news.

The in-character actor co-anchored the evening program for Bismarck, North Dakota's KX station. With a straight face, he helped cover news holiday hits like Black Friday sales, Small Business Saturday and visits with Santa.

While Ferrell was as charming as ever, we were most taken by his co-anchor and the rest of the news team, who managed not to completely crack up when Ferrell delivered his lines. How do you think he did?
