'Scandal's' end is in sight, and more news to note

Today's talk you might've missed:

  • Shonda Rhimes knows exactly how Olivia Pope's drama on "Scandal" is going to end - but of course she's not telling. Apparently, she isn't planning to have "Scandal" become a never-ending series like "Grey's Anatomy" has. "I feel like there's a finite amount of 'Scandal' to be told," Rhimes has said. "I can see where the end point is, and I don't think I'm going to change that." [NPR]
  • Have you spotted those, er, intriguing photos of Will Smith and his "Focus" co-star Margot Robbie yet? (Here's a link if not.) Apparently, those pics have launched rumors that Will is cheating on wife Jada Pinkett Smith, but "sources" are putting out that fire with statements like, "(Will and Margot) are just friends and were just being silly." • Ellen DeGeneres' next career move should be wedding planner. She threw a not-too-shabby impromptu wedding for Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting on her show Wednesday:

Jennifer Lawrence: Deaf and drinking on 'Catching Fire' set

Jennifer Lawrence's hair has had a drastic makeover, but the actress herself is as refreshingly frank as ever.

The actress participated in a few fan events on Wednesday, including a Google+ Hangout with her "Hunger Games" co-stars Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth, a Yahoo! "fireside chat" along with "Hunger Games: Catching Fire" director Francis Lawrence, and another Facebook Q&A along with the whole crew.

One persistent question, of course, was what prompted Lawrence's big chop.
