The second half of Justin Timberlake's "20/20 Experience" won't arrive until September 30, but here's a sample of what's to come.
The 32-year-old singer has released a new track called "TKO," a bouncy single that heavily features one of Timberlake's favorite collaborators, Timbaland.
At just over seven minutes, "TKO" is about as lengthy as much of what's found on the first "20/20 Experience," which was released in March. But unlike that album's light-hearted, swooning love story, Timberlake's "20/20 Experience - 2 of 2" is expected to be darker, and "TKO" lives up to that.
"Yeah it hurt, won't lie/Still can't see/Think I saw you with another guy," Timberlake sings. "Tell me how you could be so low/swinging after the bell and after the whistle blows ... this ain't the girl that I used to know. I'm out for the count, girl you knocked me out."
Expect to hear more of Timberlake's "dangerous" side at the iHeartRadio festival this weekend, where the star is expected to preview some of his new music.
What do you think of "TKO"?
