Justin Timberlake, the current king of coy promotional tactics, has offered fans a musical amuse-bouche.
In a new teaser trailer, Timberlake hints that a song called "Take Back the Night" is on the way. Judging from the video's title, it appears that the song will be part of the second half of his album, "The 20/20 Experience."
Timberlake confirmed after "20/20" made its record-setting debut that the 10-track March release was just the beginning. "The 20/20 Experience Continues ..." this fall, and if "Take Back the Night" is any indication of what we can expect, look out for more Michael Jackson-influenced sounds.
The preview shows Timberlake pulling up to a club and teasing fans with a blurred sign that probably indicates "Take Back the Night's" release date. Once he steps inside, the music turns up, and it's clearly a dancefloor-ready single.
Our guess is that this song will be released sometime before September 30, when the second installment of "The 20/20 Experience" is slated to bow.
